Description

We are looking for an intern as an Oversea Human Resource Assistant in Qingdao, China. Your roles and responsibilities include market resarch to find suitable companies and to write emails or make phone calls. It is also important that you coordinate with the overseas companies for interviews and related processes, so you will gain a lot of experience in the international kontext.

Required specialized knowledge

You should have experience in the development of Human Resource, immigration, study abroad and other related business. Being familiar with operational process and existing business company channels is prioritized.

Preferred language abilities

Good English and German skills are a must have, other language skills as advantage would be great too. It is neccessary that you can be proficient in communicating with foreign clients; good Chinese skills is preferred.

Preferred skills

You should be a pleasant, creative, enthusiastic, self-driven and of course a good team player if you want to do an internship. Besides, it would be great if you have effective, interpersonal, presentation as well as communication skills. In addition to that, you are a quick learner who is dedicated to work and can work under pressure.

Additional assistance

You will get a stipend of 3000 RMB/month and we also provide our interns free accomodation during the stay.

Requirements: To study Chinese at XMandarin Chinese Language Centre in Qingdao (6600 RMB/person + tuition fee).
