Working Holiday / Internship in Japan KATO Precision Railroad Models

We are currently searching for an intern to join our international sales team as soon as possible!
You can expect a positive working environment, a variety of tasks, i.e., supporting the sales team at trade fairs, and participation in exciting upcoming projects. During the internship you will have the chance to experience work life in Japan and gain prac tical experience in sales. Our team is mostly Japanese, and communication in the office is in Japanese only, so good Japanese proficiency is necessary. For you, this is a chance to drastically improve your Japanese skills in daily and office conversations.
Your tasks include translations (German, English, Japanese) of product descriptions,
advertisements and short web postings, clerical assistance such as writing invoices and processing orders, and support of our sales team during trade fairs. You will communicate with international customers, so excellent English and German proficiency are mandatory.

Required specialized knowledge

● Basic computer skills , especially Microsoft Office , and t he ability to learn new software quickly

Preferred language abilities

● Excellent English and German proficiency, Japanese JLPT N3 and above
