AK Company is a growing holding company that includes the following language schools and marketing company: Shinshu Language Service, Richard Easy English Schools, Real English, Mandy’s English School and Target Marketing Japan. We are always looking for motivated interns that have an interest in marketing and project management. With the hope that after you graduate, you could work for us as either an assistant manager, regional manager, marketing manager, project manager or a teacher.

Required specialized knowledge

Specialised knowledge is not necessarily required. Since this is a manager trainee internship we are looking for future managers. As we are a growing company, we need skilled managers in the near future. Taking that in consideration, think about the skills you could bring to the table.

Preferred language abilities

English is required.
Some Japanese would be helpful, however it is not required.

Preferred skills

With an internship at AK company you will learn the following (but not limited to) skills:
- Project management
- Time management
- Digital marketing/Website operations (SEO, SMM, Content management, ect)
- Social Media Management
- Public relations
- Customer service
- Assisting with Marketing

Additional assistance

You must be able to financially survive all living expenses for the duration of the internship. We do know several accommodation options, for which we will assist you with arranging.
