Your main focus will be:
1. QUALITY FOLLOW UP
Handling clients' calls and customer care
Keep the feedback database up to date and prepare the monthly quality report.
Analyzing feedbacks of clients to improve performance of the company.
Collaborating closely with operation team to deal with issues on spot.
Meeting with clients on spot in case of VIP clients / troubles on spot.
Taking corrective actions on short and long term.
Finding solutions to avoid troubles' renewal.
Supporting operation on guides’ interviews/training.
Working on new tools to improve daily tasks.
Improve existing guide material for Cambodia Destination (Guide contract; guide report; guide training)
Screen clients profiles, needs and expectations
Collect feedback from Clients & Guides
Suggest action & plan to improve quality of products and services
Follow safety norm on activities and transport
Develop processes to improve and support Operation work in partnership with Quality and Operation Manager
Note: The exact content of the internship may vary depending of the needs of the Quality team at this period, the skills of the Intern and the season.
We are looking for trainee for our office in Siem Reap, Cambodia.
The trainee should start to work by April 2018. Length of the internship: at least 6 months.
The housing and visa cost being provided by Easia Travel, the trainee will have to pay for his/her own flight tickets and expenses on spot.

Proficiency in Office package
Good level of written and spoken Englis
Good level of German/Spanish/Italian/French
English and German
Any other language will be an advantage
Student of tourism management or any related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
You speak English and German fluently.
You are naturally curious, take your tasks seriously and can work independently and in a multi-cultural team at the same time.
